On January 1, 2023, River Valley Community Health will be changing to a direct Care model. This means we will no longer bill or interact with your insurance. Patients will be charged an affordable fee at the time of service. A receipt with CPT and ICD 10 codes will be provided if you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance.
NOW ACCEPTING NEW PRIMARY CARE PATIENTS
In addition to Primary Care, we operate predominantly as an Urgent Care. This means you can schedule your normal appointments in advance, but we leave plenty of space in our schedule so in the event that you have an acute illness or injury we can usually see you the same day or the next day.
We provide a personalized holistic approach to healthcare combining traditional medicine with natural options with a focus on wellness. Primary Care, Urgent Care, IV vitamins and weight loss nutrients, programs, telemedicine, testosterone replacement therapy, and many other services are available.
With the switch to direct care, there will be no membership fee required. Normal office visits will be $120 which you may be able to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. See fee schedule for more details.
